AI Doll provides AI-generated digital content in the form of personalized action figure images. Due to the instant delivery and non-tangible nature of our digital products:

  • All purchases of digital products and services are considered final upon successful processing and delivery.
  • Once the AI generation process has been succeed, all sales are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with the style, or if you simply no longer need the product.

Despite our general no-refund policy for digital goods, we may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

2.1 Technical Failures

If you experience a technical failure that is solely attributable to our Service, and as a result:

  • The final generated image is corrupted or unusable due to technical errors (not stylistic preferences).
  • You are charged multiple times for the same service.

4. Payment Processing and Refund Timeframes

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing time typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that we cannot control the time it takes for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
